It was inaugurated on December 10 2023, 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
On December 10, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the artist created the one-day site specific art installation of the same name see Promised lands
At night it was destroyed and removed.

Leather and rope bear in themselves the memory of traditions related to the territory of Sinalunga such as livestock breeding and work in the fields. Leather and rope, together with iron threads, create paths, trajectories but also intertwinings, intertwinings of people of different languages and cultures like those who daily cross the underpass.
The small pieces of red ceramic, once fragments caused by a break, are set on the leather like precious stones, points of light and color hope of a passage to a new horizon.

Spending just a few hours at the Sinalunga railway underpass for some can be a surprising experience... dozens of people continuously cross it, while incomprehensible sounds of unknown languages echo in the air. This seemingly anonymous place is a microcosm, it is a railway underpass like many others... however, it is part of a macrocosm, it is part of the transformation which is taking place in the urban fabric of the Western world.
It is a transformation determined by the encounter with new cultures, by the unstoppable flow of men and women who bravely push themselves beyond the known boundaries of their lands
